The Litchfield Historical Society and the Livingston Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy invite you for a book talk and reception on Sunday, September 24 at 3 p.m. with Roger D. Stone, author of the newly-released biography of S. Dillon Ripley.

This new, full-length biography gives insight into the amazing life and achievements of Sidney Dillon Ripley, II, an American ornithologist, wildlife conservationist, and the founder of the Livingston Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy. The Litchfield Historical Society and the Livingston Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy are pleased to jointly-host the talk and reception.

The event is free and open to the public. Space is limited and registration is required.
